i wanted to copy and paste this new thing that i wrote, but it broke the lines up and i feel like it should be read with the lines broken up how i want it. so i took a screenshot of it instead.

hope anyone who actually reads this blog likes it.

clean threads, groceries for the week, gas in the car. tryin to live on a budget is going to be tough on the ole liver, but gotta do it.

got a chicken in the crock pot right now - when i get home from work tonight i'm gonna eat some of it and then make some bbq chicken sandwiches and chicken salad with the left overs tomorrow. ballin.

also, when on the green river i thought about goals of mine, long and short term. here is the immediate plan for my life, which i hope to roll out over the next two to three years:

1. get an album done.
2. play shows to support this album locally and across the midwest. during steps one and two i will be investing in audio equipment and learning to record vocals over beats that people send me.
3. move to philly. hopefully know a few cats by then that can make some beats for me while still having friends email me the beats so i can record vocals over them. also, i plan on resuming my beat making.

this is not a dream, it is a plan. if music fails, then i will get a career in philly or louisville. either way, this is a plan.

sometimes soul searching produces results you don't really want to face.

anyone know what having a dream where your scalp is peeling off means?

vacation! this weekend i am canoeing down the green river and two words come to mind: soul search.

then it's meade county fair, spoken word at skull alley, record raps in paducah.

in between these things i intend on: writing, playing video games, climbing a tree, drawing.

i am also probably going to stay as far away from the internet as possible. why the hell not.

get it while they got it.
