i love space. in fact, i wanted to be an astronaut for most of my life but gave up on that dream in favor of floetry when i realized i sucked at math and it would take nothing short of a miracle for me to pass any math class right now. even that 9th grade algebra 1 shit.
when i signed up for this astronomy class - titled, "the solar system" - i was hype. i get to learn about all this cool shit and it really is intriguing. for instance, this chapter i read about white dwarfs, neutron stars, and black holes. i have always been enamored with black holes. BUT, damn this class is hard as hell.
i guess if all the physics and equations were taken out i would really like the class - it would probably be my favorite ever, actually. planets, nebulae, asteroids, etc. i guess it's cool to look at the pictures, though =]
gotta go study it up
